DEVELOPING SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIPS
Although it can vary between EU funding programmes it is important to clarify which EU Member States are eligible to participate in the programme before begining a search for partners.
There are many different methods of finding partner organisations. You can begin by using our Search for Partners or contact us with a description of your project and we can help source potential partners for you. Another good starting point is to utilise the services of those bodies dedicated to the development of cross-border and trans-national co-operation such as:
- Partner finding services administered by some trans-national programmes via national agencies
- European Networks
- European Commission Offices
- European Information Centres
- Local Authorities – District, Borough, County Councils
Other less formal routes include:
- Using existing partners/contacts established by your organisation
- Contacts developed through colleagues born abroad or through relatives living or working abroad
- Local employers who may have headquarters, branches or contacts in other regions/ countries
- Networking while attending conferences and seminars
Please contact us for further information on how we can assist you in developing partnerships including advice and guidance on:
